Returns & Refunds Policy

At Allyaka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to make things right.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:
✔️ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
✔️ The return request is made within 5 daysof delivery
✔️ The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see Section 4)

2. How to Initiate a Return

📌 Reason for return
📌 Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5 days

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
❌ Digital games and downloadable content
❌ Opened or used board games, puzzles, and collectible toys
❌ Personalized or customized products
❌ Clearance or final sale items

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary)

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 5 hours of purchase if it has not been shipped. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
